Meat temperature regulation is critical for food safety, flavor, and texture. It entails keeping the appropriate temperatures throughout the entire process, from storage to cooking and serving.
Livestock production uses antibiotics to prevent disease, treat bacterial infections, and, historically, to encourage growth. Animal overuse of antibiotics leads to the emergence of germs resistant to these drugs, which poses a serious risk to public health.
