Once you get the meat, be sure to pop it in the freezer right away since we use a refrigerated vehicle for deliveries.

If you package your beef right, it will stay fresh for 6 to 12 months.
We make sure that each cut is frozen and tightly wrapped or vacuum-sealed to keep the taste and safety safe.
There is no need to worry about the safety of eating meat that is frozen, partially frozen, or even comes thawed and still chilly to the touch.
When in doubt as to whether or not thawed meat is safe to handle, wait until it feels chilly to the touch.
You may rest assured that every product you receive from us will be both delicious and safe to eat.
Our cattle are typically three or four years old when processed.
Prior to personalizing each order, we let the beef dry age for a minimum of 10 days after processing.

We do not have organically certified meat on hand.
While some of it does originate from organically farmed land and is fed organic feed, it cannot be called organic because it is not processed in an organic facility.
The small farmers and ranchers we work with sometimes don't have the resources to have their products certified as Organic, and we believe our standards are considerably higher.
